As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Mount Carmel. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home!

Our Pet Policy

  • Mount Carmel Apartments allows dogs and cats
  • We welcome pets upon approval
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees

  • Pet Fee is a one-time $300 non-refundable fee for the first pet, and $200 for the second pet.
  • Pet Rent is $40/month per pet or $75/month for two pets

We reserve the exclusive right to make the final decision as to dog breed. We reserve the right to deny the pet application based on the breed, size, and behavior of the animal. For further details on our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
